The Albuchecker is a high-resolution vision system that masters complete production control. By placing cameras above the egg flow direct contact is avoided which facilitates production without downtime. The system uses a ground-breaking and patented software to identify even the smallest egg yolk stain in the albumen separation cup. During this process, the software immediately identifies and activates the cylinder system to release albumen with yolk stains into a whole egg tray under the separation cups.
