Chino Valley Ranchers share their positive experiences with Moba's advanced vision crack detection and weighing systems

We met Chris Nichols, Tim Hohberg and Mario Montenegro who have an offline Omnia PX+ 530 in their Southern California facility. They are early adopters of the PX+ vision technology and have over 2 years of experience with the system. We asked them for their impression of both vision crack detection and vision weighing.

Chris: “We had CDFA officials, the USDA inspection and our own Quality department monitoring it and the results are fantastic. It is very effective and we haven’t had any issues.” Tim added to this: “It is much more accurate and we have not had any problem with USDA or our quality control personnel. I have not made any adjustments since Moba left. It has been running fine ever since on different types and ages of eggs.”
