Eggs that come directly from chicken houses can be transferred to the egg grader by means of an “accumulator”, available for Omnia, Prima2000 and Moba2500 systems. An accumulator combines the high filling ratio of a machine with Moba’s proven gentle ‘touch’ egg handling in this function.
Moba Accumulators can also be equipped with various extensions, to create an optimal connection with incoming egg conveyor systems.
Batches of eggs coming from different houses can be counted, administrated and in Omnia even graded separately if required. Also combi-machines with both loaders and accumulators are possible.
The accumulator area is often used as a pre-candling area as well. For this purpose, optional pre-candling buttons can be mounted here so that eggs that are manually removed can be counted in the exact right batch.
