Choosing the Perfect Egg Grading System
During the sales phase, our system engineers collaborate closely with our sales team to translate your automation requirements into smart and efficient system proposals. These proposals are detailed in our scope document, which, along with the system layout, forms an integral part of the quotation. The scope document outlines the current situation, your request, and our automation proposal. It also specifies the interfacing with Moba equipment and/or third-party equipment in the required detail.
Once the order is placed, the project manager takes over and leads the project until the system is ready for handover to you. They play a pivotal role in defining the details, aligning various departments, and coordinating our customized work and integration with Moba and/or third-party equipment.

The project manager prepares and monitors the installation, commissioning, and customer handover of the new system in close coordination with our service team and you. A lead service engineer is assigned to every project, acting as the site manager and liaising between you, our service team, and the project manager.
