Ovolution1300

The Ovolution1300 is a completely modular integrated egg processing system with built-in CIP where all steps of liquid egg processing are included. The production capacity of the Ovolution1300 for basic egg products (whole egg, egg whites) is 1,300 l/h and 650 l/h for egg yolk. Blends can also be produced. The Ovolution1300 completes a total solution of: Egg breaker Mixing and blending Pasteurizing Packaging Self-cleaning The entire system is factory pre-assembled and mounted on a stainless steel frame for a quick and easy installation. It is an all-in-one egg breaking and processing system with a PelboPure pasteurization system and an automatic packaging system for a wide range of sizes and packaging materials (depending on the customer’s needs). The Ovolution1300 integrates every step of the egg product manufacturing process, including CIP and sanitizing. The Ovolution1300 processing system uses a proven technology that ensures: Optimal functional product performance combined with the highest possible bacterial reduction (long shelf life); High-energy efficiency, therefore very low operational cost. The Ovolution1300 can be configured in the following ways: Whole egg or separating configuration Size and number of tanks Filtration system, manual or automatic for labor-saving Product homogenization, by high-pressure homogenizer or cavitation homogenizer for extended pasteurization time.
