The Cleanest Egg White

Synchro breakers are also known for delivering exceptionally clean egg whites, thanks to the integrated Albuchecker® system. This advanced system uses high-resolution vision technology and patented software to detect yolk stains on separation cups. If a stain is found, the cup is automatically diverted to the whole-egg tank, preventing contamination and ensuring purity.
